Common Quest quoting terms:

  • Request — client inquiry before/while quoting.
  • Quote — editable itinerary with pricing.
  • Build Itinerary — day-by-day planning step.
  • Set Pricing — markup, currency, totals.
  • Board basis — meal plan with a stay (BB/HB/FB…).
  • Markup — percent margin on costs for the client total.
  • Content Library — reusable lodges, activities, rates.
  • Sent Quote — delivered proposal; use New Version to revise.
  • Share page — client web link layout.
  • PDF design pack — print/PDF template style.
